The 5000m will pose a challenge for the young but talented Selemon Barega (ETH). Having dominated the beginning of the season, he will be up against some tough opponents among them being Muktar Edris, the current World Champion. As part of Athletissima 2018, the international athletics meeting taking place on Thursday 5th of July, a training session for 450 8 to 14 years old children will be organized in three French-speaking cities of Switzerland. This event will take place on Wednesday, 4th of July 2018 and will offer the possibility for young athletes to train with some of the world’s most renowned Swiss and international athletes.
